Shipping, Payment & Returns
We try our best to get orders out the same day if orders are processed before 1.30pm, otherwise they should be sent the next day. Please note we only ship to the UK, please contact us for further shipping information.
Please allow 4-5 working days to receive your order.
All orders will require a signature, please allow someone to be at the delivery address between 6am and 6pm. If there is no one in at the time of delivery the parcel will be taken back to your local post office and a card will be left at the delivery address to say the parcel couldn’t be delivered. You can pick the parcel up from your local post office.
If you don’t receive your order please notify us within 14 days of when your order was processed either by writing or calling 01252-728270.
If you received your order but items are damaged, please notify us within 2 days from the date on your reciept.
If items are damaged or sent incorrectly due to an error on our parts please return the item to our current trading address and we will offer you a full re-fund, a credit note or replace the item for you.
If you are not happy with the items you ordered you may return them to our current trading address in the original packaging and in an unused condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Please state in writing why you are returning the goods and if you would like an exchange or credit note. Please note a full refund is not offered. Please note postage costs are non-refundable.
If you require a re-delivery you will be charged postage costs to cover the cost to redeliver the item/s. However if we are redelivering an item due to an error on our behalf (damaged or incorrect item) you will not be charged redelivering costs.
If an item has been specially ordered for you, a 20% restocking charge may be applied unless the item is damaged.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded or registered post to our current trading address as we cannot be held responsible for non-received items.
If there are any issues with your order please notify us within the deadlines previously stated. Issues after these deadlines we are not held responsible for.

For all returned items if possible please inclose a copy of your receipt. If you are unable to do so please inclose your name, address,contact number, order number and state what the reasons for return is.
If you are posting a cheque please state on the back of the cheque or on a piece of paper inclosed with the cheque your name, address, contact number and an order number you will be given when you place your order. Please allow extra time to receive your order as your order won’t be sent until the cheque has cleared.
